Join meditation teacher Jill Kranitz for a 90-minute workshop on how mindfulness can relieve your suffering and create a greater sense of well-being and enjoyment in your life.
Wednesday, November 10
6:30 – 8:00pm
In-person at SHYFT
This is a class open to all levels, particularly those new to mindfulness or meditation.
“Mindfulness” is a ubiquitous term we hear in our society today. But what does it really mean to be mindful or to practice mindful meditation? Can mindfulness truly help relieve stress, anxiety, fear, and negative self talk? Can it calm our sense of overwhelm and improve our sense of well-being mentally, physically and emotionally?
It’s no secret that the world we live in today has taken a toll on our well-being…the global pandemic, the climate crisis, racial injustice, economic and political uncertainty, job loss, home insecurity, parenting, relationships. Stress and anxiety have skyrocketed. Though each one of us will experience it in a different way, no one is immune to the stress of what is happening in our lives right now.Mindfulness can relieve your suffering and create a greater sense of well-being and enjoyment in your life.
Come to this workshop and learn how mindfulness can help.
Cost to attend this workshop is based on your budget. When registering, choose to pay $20, $25, or $30. If you are in need of a scholarship, email email@example.com.
