Yoga and meditation classes are classic ways to practice mindfulness, and you’ll find plenty of options on our schedule. Because there are many ways to practice mindfulness, we invite you to join us for classes and workshops celebrating art, dance, creative expression, poetry, nature, technology, and more! Find a class that is the best fit for you.

Affordable Classes

We invite everyone to enjoy our program and ask you to “pay what you can” for our weekly classes, between $1-$30. For series-based classes and workshops, choose from three levels of pricing or request a scholarship.

Why Mindfulness?
