Expressions of the Soul is a four-week mindful writing workshop offered on Zoom. The focus of this workshop is self-care.

Give yourself time to pause and reflect to enjoy discovering more about who you are and become more compassionate as you open your heart to you. Our process in this course involves free-flow writing which is a fluid, tender process of voicing your thoughts on paper. This online workshop will be held Thursdays from 6:30pm- 8:00pm Mountain Time, Oct. 21-Nov. 11.

Writing skills are not important for this experience, so even if you have not written anything for a very long time, this is for you.
