WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Venue Rental includes select in-house furniture and two glassed-in ready rooms
  • Venue Rental includes Venue Manager, access to audio and visual system, existing décor, and parking lot (self-parking)
  • Blackout dates are determined by STEAM on the Platte and SHYFT at Mile High

NOTES

  • Event time is any time guests are at the venue. All vendors much deliver/pickup within rental time period
  • All events must conclude at 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and 10pm Sunday-Thursday
  • Capacity: 250 Standing, 200 seated, 180 seated with Dance Floor
  • An insured, professional event planner or coordinator is required
  • Open vendors. Must use licensed and insured caterers and bartenders
  • $300 cleaning fee if caterer is drop-off
  • Ceremony Rehearsals available for $250/hour
