At SHYFT at Mile High, we help connect people with resources that promote balance through the lens of mindfulness. Our instructors can guide your team through Zoom-based group yoga and guided meditation classes. Each of our instructors is carefully selected by Shyft to present information to a wide range of ages, demographics and abilities, both in person and virtually.
Our classes introduce simple practices that are office-appropriate, so no special clothes, equipment or vocabulary are needed. The best part? They are completely customizable! Check out some of the unique programs for your team.
We offer a range of class options, including:
● One-time virtual group yoga or meditation classes
● Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly virtual classes
● Long-term contracts for virtual classes
● Self-guided class options
● In-person classes in the Denver-metro area, depending on current government guidelines related to COVID-19
